Grant Likely is an embedded system architect and developer with a long history in the Linux community. Grant began building embedded Linux systems in 2004 and quickly got involved with the community. He maintained several platforms and subsystems, including SPI and GPIO, and lead adoption of Devicetree across the embedded Linux ecosystem. He has also been active in the community, serving as Linux Foundation Technical Advisory Board chair, and helping to organize many conferences including Linux Plumbers Conference, Kernel Summit, and the Arm Linux Maintainers summit. Currently Grant works for Arm on system standardization and as the lead architect of Arm's SystemReady IR program.
